Ceramic & Wheel Throwing Skill Builder Age: 16Y and up

Expand your ceramic skills in this fantastic class. Over six weeks continue to improve your wheel throwing and hone your handbuilding and surface design techniques. (Please note no class: Jul 27 & Aug 3) Recommended for those who have taken at least one 8 week pottery

Looking to take your pottery to the next level? This six week course will focus on skill development in hand-building, wheel throwing, and surface decoration. Recommended for students who have taken at least two or three 8 week terms previously and feel confident in their skills. Please note: Clay must be purchased through The ACT Ticket Centre for an additional fee of approx. $25 (price varies according to clay, includes glazing & firing). Kick the weekend off in style at Friday Night Dance in The ACT’s Studio Theatre. Led by dancer and experienced teacher Robyn Picard, these lively sessions kick off with a Beginner Drop-In Lesson (themes vary each week) followed by a Practice Dance. Everyone, including singles, are welcome! Cash bar available.
