The key to successful art creation is knowledge of colour theory, perspective, and basic rules of composition. Students in this class will explore these concepts, as well as different medias and techniques, and will learn from inspiring artists. Most projects in these classes will be based on mixed-media techniques. At the beginning of each project, instructor Oksana Slonevskaya will facilitate a live demonstration, and work with students on opened-ended questions to bring ideas and concepts to life. No previous art class learning is required (open to all levels).
