This is a fun exercise program for individuals with Parkinson’s disease. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles through a series of cardio, resistance and balance exercises. Use your body weight to improve your fitness level! Enjoy a mix of gravity resistance and movement with the TRX suspension trainers. There are options given for all levels.
