At the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre we want to help you meet your healthy living goals. That’s why we have highly qualified Personal Trainers that will guide and support you through a customized workout plan that best suits your needs, limitations and health goals. When you choose to work with a Personal Trainer at the MRLC, you will receive a free orientation of the facility, a free pass to a drop in fitness class and individualized attention in a social environment.

SPORTS TEAM FITNESS TRAINING Give your team the edge in our customized sport specific training programs. Our Personal Trainers will create a sport specific training program that will help your team increase their coordination, flexibility, and overall strength. Packages include: INDOOR CYCLING - Through hill climbs, sprints and long distance riding, indoor cycling will Increase your aerobic endurance. The goal of this session is to build leg strength while focusing and maintaining a challenging cadence. YOGA - Develop strength and flexibility while practicing combinations of poses. Yoga is great for injury prevention, athletic performance and learning calming breathing techniques. HIIT - Through high intensity bursts of activity and short periods of recovery, high intensity interval training will push you to your limits, build lean muscle and improve your cardiovascular health. POWER CORE - Challenge your body with this power & strength focused class. Develop and strengthen your abdomen, obliques and lower back.

FIT FOR DUTY Are you wanting to work in the Fire Services or Policing? Our Personal Trainers help you prepare for the physical fitness testing requirements. Your Personal Trainer will help you increase your agility, upper and lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance. Standard PT prices apply.
