Summer Program Guide 2019
ANNE HANEY Anne Haney was one of the early settlers in Maple Ridge. She left Ontario with her toddler and a baby on the way and travelled to Maple Ridge to join her husband. She eventually became a mother of six and her memory lives on today at Haney House. Haney House is a museum of mid-Victorian family life that was built in 1883. Recently, exterior restoration and conservation work was completed and the City of Maple Ridge received a Recognition Award in the Heritage Conservation category by Heritage BC in May 2019. Come see the newly restored Haney House!
