ASSISTED SUPPORT

FOR CHILDRENWITH DISABILITIES (5-18 Y) The City of Maple Ridge offers one to one support for children with disabilities to participate in a variety of Maple Ridge Parks, Recreation & Culture Summer Daycamps.

Contact Recreation Access Coordinator at pfrederick@mapleridge.ca to determine if your child is eligible for support and to request the application package. Complete the Child Support package found online at mapleridge.ca/1473/ Daycamp-Information and send package to pfrederick@mapleridge.ca Register for camps once the intake process has been completed and you have received confirmation of your allotted days.

Contact pfrederick@mapleridge.ca and ask for the External Support Worker application package. Register for Camp experience.

Send completed forms and required documents back to pfrederick@ mapleridge.ca

Our Children’s Programs provide a safe and active environment where all children have fun and build healthy relationships.
