Kids Innovative: Intro to Video Editing Age 8Y–14Y

Students will learn the basics of video editing software from the Adobe Creative Cloud including how to import and organize footage, edit clips, add transitions and special effects, and export a final video. Your child will learn how to take raw footage and turn it into a visually stunning and polished video. They will also learn the basics of storytelling and how to create an engaging narrative through their editing choices. At the end of the program, students will have a portfolio of finished videos to showcase their newfound skills. Give your child the opportunity to develop their technical and creative abilities with our Introduction to Video Editing class. No experience is necessary.

The Relaxing Art of Drawing in the Afternoon Age: 16Y and up

Develop your drawing skills and fundamentals using a variety of mediums such as pencil, pastel, charcoal etc. Illustrate the elements of art within your drawings and practice drawing from observation. Demonstrate creativity in your compositions with the goal of creating a final piece representing your growth. Most importantly, have fun drawing!

Kids Innovative: Game Creations: Space vs. Aliens Age: 8Y-14Y

Combine coding, art, movement and bring your ideas to life! Students are encouraged to create imaginative stories, interactive games and program animations. Connecting the physical and digital worlds, they will learn how to control digital animations, physical interactions and overlay characters in the real-world using video sensing technology. Drawing and Painting for Adults Age: 16Y and up

Connect with your creative self in these four drawing and painting sessions. Participants will practice basic drawing and painting techniques using a variety of mediums, including acrylic, watercolour and oil paints.The instructor will provide guidance and help participants develop their artistic style as they learn about composition, colour theory and create a unique painting on canvas or paper.
