On The Move with Parkinson's Age: 16Y and up

This is a fun exercise program for individuals with Parkinson's Disease. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles through a series of movement, resistance, balance exercises followed by stretch and relaxation. Use of voice will be included. You have the choice of starting on the cycle bikes for warm up or, if you’d rather not, that’s ok too. mild to medium
