Maple Ridge Parks, Recreation & Culture has a range of facilities available to book! All user groups renting municipal space will be required to follow the latest Provincial Health Order in respect to Events and Gatherings (in addition to existing rental practices).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT A FACILITY? Rentals costs are determined by a variety of variables including size, location, event type etc. Please speak to our booking staff and we can help you find the best fit for your event and budget. DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A DAMAGE DEPOSIT AND HOW MUCH IS IT? Most bookings require a damage deposit which is refundable within two weeks after your event. The amount varies depending on risk factors i.e. a child’s birthday party versus a large scale event with alcohol. IS INSURANCE REQUIRED? Yes, insurance is required for all rentals with the exception of private meetings with less than 100 people and picnic shelters with less than 75 people attending. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance of booking or 50% of the rental will be charged with the exception of weddings. Cancellations not made at least 48 hours in advance of the bookings will result in the total amount of the rental being charged.
