INTRODUCTION TO PAINT POURING Age: 10–14 Paint Pouring aka: Fluid Art or Acrylic Pouring is a method of painting where acrylic paint is mixed with a pouring medium such as water, glue, or gloss medium to create a fluid like consistency (to help the paint ‘flow’). The mix is then poured onto a canvas, object or other surface and manipulated using various tools and techniques to create unique designs and patterns. Come join us for a fun evening of paint pouring. Learn colour theory, how to mix paint and create beautiful pieces of art using popular paint pouring techniques. This program includes 2 (two) activities on 10x10 canvas. Wear something you don’t mind getting paint on (including shoes) as it can get a bit messy.
