INTRODUCTION Our 2023 Learning & Development Catalogue is an extension of the 2022-2025 Leadership Learning and Development Strategy which is a fundamental pillar of the Human Resources Strategic Plan . This strategy supports the goal of building an innovative values-based culture and enabling employees to grow and advance in the City. Courses provided in the Learning and Development Catalogue are linked to the five core program elements of capacity building, personalized coaching and mentoring, self-awareness and development, networking and experiential learning and tools and technology.
