Parent & Tot Clay Creations Age: 2Y-6Y

"Hand Building" is working with clay using your hands and some simple tools. In this fun Clay class, parents and children will be introduced to techniques like slab work, coil work and pinch work. Using these techniques along with their imagination and creativity, students will create their own beautiful art pieces which will be then glazed and fired in our kiln. No previous experience working with clay is required. Tied long hair and closed-toe shoes are recommended in the studio. One parent and one child, adults will have vaccine passport scanned to participate. No class Family Day, February 21. We will explore simple walk cycles, expression changes and storytelling as we animate using computers.
