A MESSAGE FROM YOURCORPORATE WELLNESS COMMITTEE The CMR Corporate Wellness Committees values are in alignment with our 2021 theme, “ Connection. ” We believe that people are more likely to succeed in their efforts in maintaining healthier lifestyles, when they are given opportunities to be supported and encouraged by others. The Wellness Committee will be planning activities, workshops, challenges and events throughout the year. We want to create a healthy workplace that encompasses positive mental wellness and physical health by fostering collaboration and enthusiasm among all employees. The Wellness Committee organizes several events throughout the year including: Bike to Work Week, Pink Shirt Day, Spring Gardening and Movember Awareness Month and the Ugly Holiday Sweater Contest to name a few! We also promote Wellness Wednesday tips for a healthier lifestyle and a healthier mind. The Wellness Committee Holiday Craft Workshops, the Halloween Costume Contest,

encourages participation by awarding prizes to those who

participate in our events throughout the year, so what better time to start participating than 2021?
