Act Out Age: 4Y – 6Y

In this interactive class, students will get a little taste of everything (storytelling, singing, dancing, classic nursery rhymes, and fairy tales) while creating plays, using puppets and dressing up in costumes. Location: The ACT

The Arts Angels Program Bursary assists individuals who require support in order to participate in arts programs run by The ACT Arts Centre. Applications must be received prior to session start date and cover one term of one program per student. Please note that due to limited funds each year, financial assistance is not guaranteed. Perfect Your Own Play Age: 10Y – 15Y

This class has it all – acting, script writing, and character development. Learn how to write and perform your own play to present to your parents and caregivers in the final class. Location: The ACT

Acting 101 Age: 9Y – 14Y

Children will explore acting, beginning with warm-up improvisation games for 30 minutes and then progress to scene work. These scenes will be presented to family and friends in the last class. Location: The ACT

Guitar Basics Age: 8Y – 14Y

Semi-private lessons are a great way to learn guitar in a fun and relaxed learning atmosphere.You will explore chords and rhythm while picking from familiar songs. This is an excellent class for those trying to decide whether to commit to long-term lessons. Students must bring their own guitar. Sheet music will be provided.
