Your child will join our instructors to make a variety of mixed media fun art projects for half their time. In the other half, they will sing songs, play music games and make their own instruments! Build your online identity with your very own YouTube channel! Learn the basics of content creation, storyboarding, how to set up a visually compelling YouTube channel, build up your subscriber base and convert clicks into action. Throughout the course, learn how to design artwork for your channel and share tips for creating a video without using a camera at all. Discover tips to optimize videos for search engines and how to work in Creator Studio to edit videos. Parents must create an account for children under the age of 13. Videos uploaded will be set on ‘private’. Please note: Small class size of eight students so register early. Theatrix Spring Break Theatre Camp Age: 6Y – 12Y

This course is designed for those students who want to learn about hand-building techniques as well as the fundamentals of creating pottery, using a pottery wheel. Decorative finishes and adding fine texture will be emphasized. We will explore using underglazes and low-fire glazes to create one-of-a-kind creatures, masks, bowls, cups and more! Come join us for a week of theatre fun! Theatrix Camp blends acting, singing, dancing, puppetry, masks and costumes. The week culminates in a final musical theatre performance for the whole family to enjoy. Students will play drama games, create their own short skits and work together to rehearse and perform a short musical. Location: The ACT

Marvelous Micro:Bit Age: 8Y – 12Y

Dive into the wonderful world of coding using the revolutionary BBC micro:bit, a pocket sized, codeable minicomputer. In this five day course expand your coding abilities as you make new creations using Microsoft’s MakeCode block-based coding website and invent marvelous new creations.
