YOUTH FUTURES LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Age: 13Y - 18Y This program helps youth develop skills they can use in their future endeavours. Some of these skills include: conflict resolution, organizationand planning, communication, time management, and working in a team environment. Youth gain volunteer experience by assisting in after school camps at various Elementary Schools, eco- Days, and many events within the community (e.g., Halloween). Youth Futures must also attend mandatory Wednesday night trainings at the MapleRidgeLeisureCentre.Volunteer schedules will be created based on your availability.
