Creative Friday - Textiles Age: 15Y and up

Learn basic colour theory, composition, texture and line in these relaxed and informative classes. Each block of classes includes an introduction to art history, contemporary art practices, demonstration of practical colour mixing and application, while still leaving plenty of time for painting. Some drawing skills are helpful. Each set of four classes has unique content. No pre-requisites. Registering for consecutive courses will provide the opportunity for continued skill development. Braune has worked with local and international artists to produce world class prints for over 30 years. Pottery All Levels Age: 16Y and up

Whether you are a beginner or looking to grow your existing skill set, this is the pottery class for you! Enjoy plenty of creative, muddy fun while learning to make mugs, bowls and other unique clay creations. Our experienced, professional instructors will lead you through techniques in hand building and wheel throwing. Please note: Clay must be purchased through The ACT Ticket Centre at an additional fee of $25 (includes glazing & firing).
