CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
AQUAZUMBA | known as the Zumba ‘Pool Party’! If you’re looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to your fitness routine, come and try a class!
AQUA YOGA | this a shallow water class that involves deep stretching and focuses on body alignment and breathing. Aqua Yoga is a class about stretching, balance and core strength. This takes place in the Leisure Pool. DEEP WATER BOOT CAMP | a challenging workout that builds endurance with no joint impact. If you are looking for a great cross training option or looking for a more intense aquafit class, this is for you.
AQUAFIT | this is a great way to get fitness benefits and improve your circulation without stressing your joints. Ideal for those with hip, knee, bone and joint issues. CARDIO COMBO | high energy aerobic water exercise. Designed to tone muscle and improve cardiovascular endurance. WATER WELLNESS | a combination of gentle yet effective water workout. Through water walking, stretching and lighter exercises this class will improve joint mobility, tone muscle and improve overall posture.
