This updated curriculum, complete with new science, also provides improved learning when it comes to giving appropriate care in the event of an emergency. Please bring a doll to class. Conflict Resolution Age: 10Y-14Y

The conflict resolution program is designed to teach children appropriate conflict resolution skills with peers, adults, and parents. This program helps participants learn the options available to them when they are faced with frustrating and difficult situations. Some of the topics covered in this program will be problem solving techniques for resolving conflicts, how to identify and analyze a conflict they may have experienced, to identify the potential consequences of using violence to resolve conflicts, examine different kinds of hurtful behaviour, conversation starters to help open communication with

CyberSafe Age: 8Y-11Y

The CyberSafe Internet Safety program focuses on teaching kids how to recognize warning signs, safe and unsafe situations, and the skills needed to make safe choices. It will also cover how to identify, avoid and respond to cyber bullying and how to get the most out of the internet while staying safe.This is not a technical or software computer course. The topic of internet safety will be covered through interactive, non-threatening and entertaining lessons.
