Contact Recreation Access Department at email@example.com to determine if your child is eligible for support and to request the application package. Complete the Child Support package found online at mapleridge.ca/2429 and send package to firstname.lastname@example.org Register for camps once the intake process has been completed and you have received confirmation of your allotted days.
Contact email@example.com and ask for the External Support Worker application package. Register for Camp experience.
Send completed forms and required documents back to firstname.lastname@example.org
