Apart of the BC and Yukon Division, Hope & Balance is for the Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows community and its surrounding areas. Hope & Balance strives to provide an inviting, positive and confidential atmosphere. Those who attend the Hope & Balance meetings can expect to feel comfortable sharing the daily challenges that come with living with MS. Throughout the year, this support group invites MSers to step out and engage with the community. Periodically guest speakers attend the meetings and community social activities are organized. The Hope & Balance support group offers folks hope and balance in their lives. Conversations include stress reducing techniques, dietary/ exercise plans and current medical information.
