How long have you been involved with Children’s Recreation? I've been working in this field for 10 years. What got you interested in working with children in Maple Ridge? I was interested in the field already when I moved to Maple Ridge. I have a passion for working with kids! What inspires you about the children you work with? It inspires me to view the impact on their lives and to see them smile everyday. What’s something the children of Maple Ridge have taught you? They have taught me to not sweat the small stuff and have fun. Laughter can make the craziest days better. If you could give one piece of advice to someone wanting to work in this field, what would it be? Enjoy the journey because you learn something new everyday and this job is so rewarding.
