Sportball's action-packed camps introduce children to a variety of ball sports, water-play games and activities. Plus arts and crafts, stories, cooperative games and more! Camps run outdoors rain or shine! The course fee includes all equipment and basic instruction for families of up to four related members. Whonnock Lake is a safe, enjoyable environment for paddling for families. Kayak/Canoe Paddling Summer Camp Age: 9Y - 14Y

Learn kayak and canoe paddling in a fun and safe environment on Whonnock Lake. Learn basic skills of water safety, posture, stroke technique, coordination and balance in recreational kayaks and canoes. A variety of outdoor games and activities are included in the camp. Participants are briefly introduced to racing kayaks and canoes and upon completion will receive their Canoe Kids Bronze Blades Certification. Ridge Canoe and Kayak Club provides adaptive equipment to aid participants of all abilities to experience paddling.
