Bring your babies/toddlers in their stroller for a cardio and strength training interval work out. Parents can bring their little ones of all ages to enjoy an hour to improve their physical fitness. Parks, Recreation, and Culture is partnering with Lululemon to offer Yoga in the Park at a variety of the city’s most picturesque parks. Our aim is to promote an active and energized lifestyle, fostering a deep sense of community and connection. Bring your yoga mat and join us in embracing the beauty of the great outdoors, while stretching, strengthening, and meditating as a community! These sessions will run rain or shine, sessions will only be cancelled and refunds will be provided if a weather advisory is issued by Environment Canada. Please note that bathrooms may not be available at all park locations.
