HOME LEARNERS Fine Arts 101 Age: 6Y-12Y

POTTERY CLASSES | WITH A MAXIMUM OF 6 STUDENTS AND INDIVIDUAL EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS, STUDENTS WILL HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM TO LEARN SAFELY. ALL SUPPLIES INCLUDED.

Young artists will develop their drawing and painting techniques in this fun and educational class. Starting with drawing, students will gain confidence learning proper proportion and composition. Next we transition into painting where we shall study brush techniques and methods, following up with colour theory, finishing with a completed painting that is ready to display. All supplies included. Location: The ACT

Pottery for Kids Age: 6Y-10Y

Express your creative ideas with clay. In this hands on pottery class, students will explore a variety of handbuilding techniques and learn some visual art vocabulary. Location: The ACT

Students will also learn how to create surface decoration and explore colour by working with underglazes and low-fire glazes. Get creative with fun projects and see what amazing things you can make with this great material as you explore shape and design. Location: The ACT

Pottery Age: 8Y-13Y

Students will learn slab, pinching, and coiling techniques to make functional cups, bowls, and plates as well as cool, creative sculptures. You will finish your projects with colourful glazes or paint. Location: The ACT
