Boccia is a Paralympic sport is for persons with physical disabilities adapted to be played in a gym with custom balls and equipment. You will learn the basic skills and strategies of Boccia through games and activities. This program is offered in partnership with SportAbility. Skills involved in Boccia include accuracy, precision, focus, and strategy. Similar to the sports of lawn bowling and curling, players score points by rolling or throwing their coloured Boccia balls closest to the white target ball called the jack.
