Join us on stage! In these theatre acting sessions, students will learn techniques for acting on the stage. Learn to break down play scripts, work as a team, and build characters and confidence in stage performance. No previous acting experience necessary; all levels are welcome. The instructor will introduce imaginative projects using drawing, painting, collage and printmaking. Students are encouraged to create expressive artwork and hand-made portfolio books to easily store their masterpieces and display for family and friends. All supplies included. Explore drawing, painting, mixed media and collage techniques using graphite, charcoal, tempera, watercolour, colour pencils, chalk and oil pastels and ink on paper. The instructor will demonstrate various styles and techniques, and introduce art vocabulary and art history. Students are encouraged to experiment and make their own artistic choices using composition, shape and colour. No experience required. Join us for an upbeat and fun introduction to hip hop dance. Musicality and self-expression are encouraged as children learn new moves along with exercising, improving their coordination, and developing an appreciation for movement through dance. Continue dancing and learn even more ballet movements and techniques.
