The Canadian Red Cross Babysitting course covers everything from managing difficult behaviours to essential content on leadership and professional conduct as a babysitter. Babysitting promises to deepen and enhance the responsibility that older youth feel when caring for younger children. This updated curriculum, complete with new science, also provides improved learning when it comes to giving the appropriate care in the event of an emergency. Please bring a doll to class. CyberSafe Age: 8Y-11Y

The CyberSafe Internet Safety program focuses on teaching kids how to recognize warning signs, safe and unsafe situations, and the skills they need to make safe choices. It will also cover how to identify, avoid and respond to cyber bullying and how to get the most out of the internet while staying safe. This is not a technical or software computer course.
