SILVER VALLEY GATHERING PLACE

The Silver Valley Gathering Place is proposed to be located adjacent to the new neighbourhood park on 230A Street. The Gathering Place concept includes a covered picnic shelter, outdoor kitchen area, washrooms and youth action amenities. More information is available on the City’s website (mapleridge.ca/1441)

FIREFIGHTERS PARK Firefighters Park, located at 238 St. and 113 Ave, adjacent to the newest fire hall, and is ready for fun! This new neighbourhood park features a firefighter themed playground, a water play feature, a junior bike and scooter track, half basketball court, picnic areas, walking pathways and open grassed areas. BECKETT PARK Construction is now complete at Beckett Park, the new neighbourhood park at 223 Street and St. Anne Avenue in the Port Haney area. This park features a playground, junior scooter track, sports court for hockey and basketball, walking paths, and an open lawn and dog off-leash area. A vegetation buffer is planted along the Haney Bypass as a visual screen. Come check it out and bring your scooter.
