We are proud to offer awide variety of indoor fitness classes that will improve your overall mental & physical health. Get sweatier, stronger, happier, and healthier! We have options ranging from Cycle Fit to Strength Training to Yoga. All fitness classes are 16Y+. NEWTO A CLASS? Beginners are ALWAYS welcome! Stop by 15 minutes before the start of class to introduce yourself to the instructor and they can help you prepare. CLASS REMINDERS: Group Fitness Class Etiquette: Prior to entering the space, please perform the COVID self-assessment. Stay within your designated workout area. Please bring your own equipment (Yoga mat). The Fitness Instructor will wipe down your equipment after class (if provided by the Facility). Have a question or a concern? Talk to your Fitness Instructor.
