RIDGE RANGERS Age: 6Y-12Y A fun and active outdoor program where kids become young nature explorers. Each session takes participants on a mini hike through one of Maple Ridge’s beautiful parks or trails, discovering local plants, animals, and hidden natural wonders along the way. Led by experienced staff, Ridge Rangers encourages curiosity, outdoor adventure, and environmental awareness through games, nature based activities, and hands-on exploration. Whether it’s spotting animal tracks, learning about local ecosystems, or simply enjoying the fresh air, Ridge Rangers is the perfect way for kids to connect with nature, make new friends, and build a love for the outdoors. Through guided adventures, outdoor games, and educational experiences, Whonnock Wanderers fosters a deeper connection with nature while promoting physical activity and teamwork in a fun, welcoming setting.
