JEWELRY MAKING CAMP Age: 10Y-15Y Learn all about tools, beading, special techniques and more to design your own beautiful and unique jewelry! Throughout the week, students will make different styles of bracelets, earrings, necklaces and rings that can be worn or given as a gift. Let your creativity and personal style shine through with the art of jewelry-making. INTRO TO MICRO:BIT Age: 8Y-12Y Using the latest micro:bit technology, this beginner program is the best way to get started on the elements of software and hardware programming. The micro:bit is a mini-computer chip that can be programmed to perform a number of tasks. we’ll learn about the fundamentals of programming using block-coding formats and create their own game projects. ARTrageous Art for preschoolers is BACK! Your preschooler will make a variety of mixed media art projects in this fun filled class. Please bring a nut-free snack and a water bottle. Students will be introduced to slab work, coil work, and pinch work. Using these techniques along with their imagination and creativity, students will create their own animals, planters, bowls, holders, and wall hangings. All clay pieces will be painted with colourful glazes and fired in our kilns. No previous experience working with clay is required.
