BEAYOUTIFUL FOUNDATION WORKSHOP: AN INTRODUCTION TO MENTAL HEALTH Age: 9 -12Y Female and non-binary participants are invited to a fun and interactive workshop where youth can learn how to relive stress and build confidence! You will discover simple tools to help manage your feelings and feel more empowered through creative activities, mindfulness exercises, and meaningful dialogue. This workshop is perfect for those looking to build resilience and have fun while learning valuable life skills in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
