Get Up & Go! was developed at the request of Fraser Health Falls & Injury Prevention to assist individuals unable to attend a community-based fitness class. It is designed to improve joint mobility, functional strength, balance and coordination in a small group setting. This fun class is for those with Parkinson's Disease. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles through a series of movement, mild resistance training and balance exercises for falls prevention.
