Karima Essa: Bollywood Star Dance Friday, July 18, 11 am Experience the magic and joy of Bollywood dance and storytelling with Karima Essa! Candy Bones Theatre: Oopsie! Virtual pre-recorded show. Available online Jul 21 – Aug 4 Robin Lane: Journey Into Rhythm Friday, August 8, 11 am A musical solo show with drums and marimba, including hands-on demos with volunteers from the crowd. Greyhaven Exotic Bird Sancturary: See a live Quaker Parrot, Blue & Gold Macaw and other avian friends and hear how they were rescued. Bring your curiosity and questions to learn more about these amazing birds. Summer Storytime Tuesdays & Fridays, July 4 to August 22, 10:30 am – 11 am Introduce kids to the love of books and language with Storytime! Saturday Storytime in the Park! Saturdays, July 5 to August 23, 10:30 am – 11 am Meet us at the Haney Farmers’ Market for storytime fun on the bandstand! Baby Social Mondays, July 7 to August 18, 9:30 am – 10:30 am Looking for a place to meet other caregivers and socialize with your baby? Join the fun at our Baby Social, where babies and their caregivers can play, socialize, and practice early literacy skills in a safe environment. This program is best suited to children ages 0 to 2. Puppets in the Park Wednesdays, July 9, 23, August 6, 20, 6:30 pm – 7 pm Come and meet the library’s smallest stars - our talented puppets! Pack your dinner and bring it along to our fabulous early-evening entertainment at the emorial Peace Park Bandstand.
