TRAILBLAZER: INTERMEDIATE MOUNTAIN BIKING Age: 8 -12Y

This program focuses on enhancing your technical riding abilities and tackling more challenging terrain. Participants will refine skills such as cornering, climbing, descending, navigating obstacles, and controlling speed in different conditions. You'll also learn advanced bike handling techniques and how to effectively ride through uneven surfaces, roots, rocks, and switchbacks. Our expert instructors will help you build confidence, improve your fitness, and enhance your overall performance on the trail. With a blend of practical lessons and real-world trail experience, this class will push your limits and prepare you for even more thrilling mountain biking adventures. Volleyball Train & Play is an intermediate program for athletes with a basic grasp of volleyball who are ready to level up their skills.
