Home Alone Age: 9 -12Y

If your child is spending time at home alone while you are busy running errands or working this course will provide the skills needed for them to safely look after themselves. Interactive lessons and scenarios will help you and your children feel more confident when they stay at home alone. Participants will learn how to plan a safe route to and from school, who to go to for help along the route, what to do if approached by a stranger and pedestrian, bicycle, skateboard, and rollerblade safety. Babysitter Training Age: 11 -14Y

Kidproof Babysitting course covers everything from managing difficult behaviours to essential content on leadership and professional conduct as a babysitter. Babysitting promises to deepen and enhance the responsibility that older youth feel when caring for younger children. This curriculum also provides improved learning when it comes to giving appropriate care in the event of an emergency. Please bring a doll or stuffed animal to class.
