Learn to serve, rally and score on a RED size (1/4) court. From developing the FUNdamental movement skills to basic tennis skills, this camp will lay the foundation needed to enjoy tennis and improve your game in a fun and easy way. All equipment is included. Learn basic skills of water safety, posture, stroke technique, coordination and balance in recreational kayaks and canoes. A variety of outdoor games and activities are included in the camp. Participants are briefly introduced to racing kayaks and canoes. Ridge Canoe and Kayak Club provides adaptive equipment to aid participants of all abilities to experience paddling. Instructor: RCKC
