We are proud to offer a wide variety of group fitness classes indoors & outdoors that will improve your overall health. Get sweatier, stronger, happier and healthier! Explore options from strength training to yoga. YOUR FITNESS. YOUR WAY.

NEW TO A CLASS? Beginners are ALWAYS welcome! Stop by 5 minutes before the start of class to introduce yourself to the instructor and they can help you prepare. GROUP FITNESS (INDOOR & OUTDOOR) REMINDERS: • Participants will line up on the outside of the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre in the Fitness Centre/Group Fitness line. • Masks must be worn in line ups/during check-in. Physical distancing is required at all times. • Masks can be removed once the Outdoor group fitness class begins/ Masks are required at all times including during class for indoor group fitness class. • All individuals are welcome as exercises can be modified. • Class will run outdoors rain or shine. • Wear weather-appropriate layers of clothing to suit your personal comfortability.

• We have limited capacities and increased physical distancing to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all. • There will be no access to washrooms or water fountains for Outdoor classes - please come prepared. • All Outdoor Spin classes will be held on the East Plaza in front of the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre. • FAQs and all other information can be found here | mapleridge.ca/1449
