OFFICE OF THE CAO – ADMINISTRATION

Services Provided The Office of the CAO is responsible for the overall administration of all departments, developing corporate policy, providing leadership and direction for senior staff in the day-to-day and long-term business affairs of Maple Ridge in accordance with Council’s Strategic Plan and providing advice to Council about City organizational and operating procedures.

2018 Workplan Emphasis Work will continue on Council priorities for the community to ensure the delivery of excellent service to our citizens. Ensure strategic alignment and efficient resource allocation throughout the organization by applying a framework that incorporates corporate-wide business planning, performance measurement and reporting.
